Each drop of our Welsh Gin is meticulously crafted in our 200-litre copper pot still, affectionately named Afanc, after the legendary Welsh water monster said to inhabit Llyn Glaslyn beneath Mount Snowdon. This traditional distillation process ensures the highest quality, allowing us to create a spirit that’s both smooth and complex.

After distillation, every bottle is hand-filled, labelled, and sealed at In The Welsh Wind Distillery on the stunning West Wales coast. This hands-on approach ensures that each bottle you open delivers the exceptional quality that true craft gin deserves.
